- 700ml 80% GNS £inf
- 700ml Filtered Water £inf
- 210g Caster Sugar £inf

Steps
- Blend Fig Leaves and Walnuts with Ethanol
- Let infuse for 24hours in vac bag
- Distill in rotovap at 50º
- Collect as much liquid as possible
- Dilute GNS with filtered water to 40%
- Add 15g Caster Sugar per 100ml liquid
