For example, if you made Sugar Syrup with 2kg Sugar and 1kg Water, your Yield might be 2.3L
Steps
- Boil water and weigh out coffee
- Combine ingredients and stir
- Leave to infuse for 20 mins
- Chinois infusion and then coffee filter
