Fermented Fig Wine

- 4kg Strawberries £nan
- 4L Filtered Water £nan
- 2kg Caster Sugar £nan
- 1tsp Wine Tannin £nan
- 5ml Yeast Nutrient £nan

Steps
- Blend fruit with pectinex and dump in fermenting bucket
- Add water and sugar
- Add tannins and nutrients
- Whisk vigorously to incorporate air
- When yeast and bucket contents are the same temp, pitch yeast
- Fit lid and airlock
- After min 2 weeks check for airlock activity
- Filter with either wine pump or centrifuge
