Yield Based Scaling

For example, if you made Sugar Syrup with 2kg Sugar and 1kg Water, your Yield might be 2.3L
Steps
- Blend cranberries with Pectinex
- Spin in centrifuge for 20mins at 4200rpm
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve
- Add acid and stir to dissolve
