  • 1  Combine raisins and Cognac in a vac pac bag and sous vide in a water bath for 2 hours at 62º
  • 2  Blend contents till majority of the raisins are incorperated in to the cognac
  • 3  Weigh and spin in a centrifuge for 45 minutes at room temp
  • 4  Strain through coffee filter and bottle
