  • 1  In a frying pan carefully toast the breadcrumbs until dark golden brown
  • 2  Combine all ingredients in a vac pack bag
  • 3  Heat in water bath at 60º for 1 hour
  • 4  When hot balance into the centrifgue
  • 5  Spin for 2 hours at -10º
  • 6  Strain and coffee filter

  • 3  Start machine and lower pressure until you have reached 40 mbar or until all liquid has evaporated
