  • 150g Butter
  • 700g Jameson Original
  • Instructions
  • 1  Bag the butter, biscuits and whiskey together in a vac pack bag
  • 2  Heat in a water bath at 52º for 2 hours
  • 3  Ensure the ingredients are well mixed in the bag
  • 4  While hot, balance into refrigerated centrifuge and spin for 1 hour at -10º
  • 5  Make sure the butter is solid and then coffee filter the whiskey

  • 1  Combine all ingredients and stir to dissolve

  • 1g Gum Arabic

  • 1  Combine sugar and gum in thermomix
  • 2  Blend to combine and distribute powder
  • 3  Add water
  • 4  Set thermo to 70º and allow to stir at speed 3 for 20 mins

  • 200g Biscoff Spread
  • 600g Double Cream
  • 600g Whole Milk
  • Instructions
  • 1  Combine the spread, cream and half the milk
  • 2  Do not overwhip the cream and spread otherwise it will split
  • 3  In the thermomix blend on speed 6 for 2 mins
  • 4  Slowly add the remaining milk
  • 5  Check the thickness, adding more spread or milk to adjust
