Instructions
  • Steps
  • 1  Grated daikon, 250ml water simmer for 10 mins, save the liquid
  • 2  Cool the daikon in a bowl
  • 3  Measure the remaining cooking liquid, top up to 250 ml
  • 4  Add to cooked daikon
  • 5  Cook, shrimp, mushrooms, sausage for 5 minutes, add spring onions, cool
  • 6  Add rice flour , corn flour, salt, sugar, white pepper to taste, with daikon and liquid
  • 7  Add the rest of the ingredients, set for 15 minutes
  • 8  Stir the batter, add to an oiled pan, steam for 50 minutes
  • 9  Remove from steam let cake sit for 30 minutes
  • 10  Cut, fry, dip
