  • Steps
  • 1  - recipe for 6 white onions -
  • 2  Slice the onions on a mandolin
  • 3  Remove the middle part of the onions and save for croquette mix or stock
  • 4  Bring all other ingredients to the boil
  • 5  Pour over the onions and allow to cool at room temperature
  • 6  Vac pac and chill
