- 2 750g Sugar - Caster 59p
- 3 5g Salt - Table 1p
- 4 5g Mustard Seeds - Yellow 4p
- 5 2g Bay Leaf 4p

Instructions
- Steps
- 1 - recipe for 6 white onions -
- 2 Slice the onions on a mandolin
- 3 Remove the middle part of the onions and save for croquette mix or stock
- 4 Bring all other ingredients to the boil
- 5 Pour over the onions and allow to cool at room temperature
- 6 Vac pac and chill
