  • Steps
  • 1  Warm the milk with the sugar in Chef Mike for 1 minute
  • 2  Add the milk to the kitchen aid followed by the flours and yeast
  • 3  Mix for 10 minutes on a medium speed
  • 4  5 minutes on high
  • 5  Cover and allow to prove for an hour
  • 6  Mix the salt, bicarb and water
  • 7  Mix well and allow to sit 20 minutes in a plastic jug
  • 8  Oil the rings and cook on level 4 heat on the flat top
