Instructions
  • 1  Add castelfranco and endive to a mixing bowl
  • 2  Add enough dressing to well coat the leaves
  • 3  Mix in a tablespoon of the crushed almonds and a tablespoon of chopped chervil
  • 4  Arrange in the middle of the plate, place 7-8 half teaspoons of goats curd throughout
