Instructions
  • 1  4x slices rump and salt beef each
  • 2  Warm through in the oven with a little gravy and two tablespoons of red cabbage
  • 3  Warm through the Yorky, add to the bovril stock
  • 4  Toast the bun
  • 5  Layer the bun, horseradish mayo, meat, red cabbage, Yorkshire pudding, parsnip crisps, parsley chopped, mayo, lid
  • 6  Serve with a rammy of gravy
